PRIVACY POLICY

LAST UPDATED: JUNE 30, 2026

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order details — along with payment information processed through our payment providers. When you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect the details you submit. We also automatically collect technical and usage data when you visit our website, including IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and pages viewed, through cookies and analytics tools.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, operate and improve our website, prevent fraud and misuse, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — send restock alerts and marketing communications. We do not sell your personal information.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (GDPR)

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to fulfill your orders); your consent (for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time); compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. Addivex Labs LLC does not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

5. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember your preferences, and measure website performance. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly. Where required by law, we request your consent for non-essential cookies.

6. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — including shipping carriers, payment processors, email and SMS platforms, and analytics providers — and only to the extent needed to perform their services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We send marketing and restock communications only to individuals who have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. If we offer SMS messaging, it will require separate opt-in consent, and you may opt out by replying STOP. Transactional messages about your orders are not marketing and may still be sent.

8. DATA SECURITY

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — including order fulfillment, recordkeeping, and compliance with our legal and tax obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymized.

10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Addivex Labs LLC operates in the United States, and your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

11. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent. Under the GDPR these include the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, contact us at info@addivexlabs.com; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 30–45 days).

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our website and products are intended only for qualified researchers aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we will delete such information if discovered.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above, and continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
