PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship via UPS within the continental United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

We do not currently ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

PACKAGING

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no exterior indication of contents. Your privacy is our priority.

TRACKING

A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Allow up to 2 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

STORAGE DURING TRANSIT

Our peptide compounds ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder and are stable at ambient temperatures during standard shipping durations. Bacteriostatic water ships at room temperature. For long-term storage, keep compounds at or below -20°C.

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of our research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

EXCEPTIONS — DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us at orders@addivexlabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• ▸  Photo documentation of the damage or incorrect item
• ▸  Description of the issue

We will review and resolve all valid claims within 3 business days. Resolution may include replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion.

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We will file a carrier claim on your behalf.
